Why do LED headlights glare?

LEDs headlights are bright highly luminating lights that can blare other drivers. There are different views related to physiological and psychological effects of glare which are also dependent on an individual’s age and feelings. Research has proven that glare, whether from sunlight, billboard reflection or headlights, is a proven cause of automobile accidents.
